Snowfall Disrupts Life in Manang, Heavy Rain Continues Across Nepal

Manang, 28 September 2024 – Unseasonal snowfall in Manang has disrupted daily life, blocking roads and causing power outages. Local authorities are working to clear snow, and residents have been advised to stay cautious. The snowfall has also affected apple farmers, delaying transportation of produce.

Meanwhile, heavy rain continues across other parts of Nepal, raising concerns of floods and landslides, especially in hilly regions. The Disaster Management Authority has urged people to stay safe and follow precautions.
