Kathmandu - The Association of Agricultural Technology Industry Nepal (AATI Nepal) has successfully completed its Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, marking another important milestone in the organization’s institutional development and commitment to strengthening Nepal’s agricultural sector.
According to information available from the organization, AATI Nepal brings together stakeholders working in agricultural technology, mechanization, seeds, fertilizers, and post-harvest systems. The association focuses on promoting modern agricultural practices by providing training, services, and technical support to enterprises ranging from small-scale entrepreneurs to large industrialists across the country.
The second AGM reviewed the association’s activities carried out since the previous assembly, assessed organizational progress, and reaffirmed AATI Nepal’s role as a collective platform for advancing technology-driven and mechanized agriculture in Nepal. Members discussed key challenges facing the agricultural technology industry, including access to modern equipment, capacity building, and the need for coordinated policy support to enhance productivity and sustainability.
