Rasuwa, Nepal: Traffic along the Pasang Lhamu Highway came to a complete standstill after a long trailer transporting cargo from the Rasuwagadhi border point became stuck in a roadside ditch at Dharapani in Kalika Rural Municipality-3, Rasuwa.
According to available information, the trailer reportedly lost control while negotiating the road section and veered into the roadside ditch, blocking the entire highway. The incident has halted the movement of vehicles in both directions, leaving passengers and transport operators stranded midway.
The Pasang Lhamu Highway serves as a vital transportation corridor connecting Kathmandu with the Rasuwagadhi border, one of Nepal's major trade gateways with China. Any disruption along this route can significantly affect the movement of people and goods.
