Kadar Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd., Ombahal, Kathmandu, successfully completed its 16th Annual General Meeting on 29th Kartik 2082.
The meeting endorsed key financial reports, annual programs and the budget for the current fiscal year 2082/083, along with amendments to the loan policy and other procedures aimed at strengthening cooperative governance. The AGM also approved advance budget authority for FY 2083/084 and endorsed a 2.62% dividend distribution.
Chairperson Mr. Birendra Man Shakya, Vice Chairperson Mr. Surya Tej Shakya, Treasurer Mr. Hom Bahadur Shrestha, and Accounts Supervision Committee Coordinator Mr. Arjun Maharjan presented various reports during the meeting. Executive Head Mr. Balaram Dangol also addressed the gathering, shedding light on several key aspects and responding to questions raised by attending members.
In a separate segment of the program, Miss Rojika Bajracharya, crowned Miss Newa Icon 1145 Nepal Samwat, was honored with a special letter of appreciation. Similarly, eight SEE graduates—sons and daughters of share members—were also recognized with letters of appreciation.
