Kathmandu, Nepal - Newly appointed Chief Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma has formally assumed office as Nepal’s 33rd Chief Justice, pledging to uphold the dignity of the judicial process and stating that any form of interference in judicial proceedings would not be accepted.
Following approval from the Parliamentary Hearing Committee, Sharma took the oath of office before Ram Chandra Paudel and officially began his tenure at the Supreme Court.
