Kathmandu - Shivam Pharmaceutical Limited has successfully concluded its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, reviewing the company’s operational progress and reaffirming its long-term commitment to providing safe, effective, and accessible medicines in Nepal.
Operating under the guiding vision “For Healthier Tomorrow,” the company highlighted its continued focus on quality-driven pharmaceutical manufacturing, guided by efficient and internationally accepted quality manufacturing practices. The management emphasized that adherence to stringent quality standards remains central to ensuring patient safety and building trust in domestic pharmaceutical products.
Currently, Shivam Pharmaceutical maintains a diverse portfolio of 54 pharmaceutical products, supported by 15 functional departments and a workforce of 75 employees. During the AGM, the company reviewed its organizational structure, human resource capacity, and product development approach, noting steady growth in operational capabilities.
The meeting also served as a platform to reflect on the company’s role in strengthening Nepal’s healthcare supply chain by ensuring the availability of essential medicines in the market. Shareholders and stakeholders were briefed on ongoing efforts to maintain consistency in production quality while responding to evolving healthcare needs.
Concluding the AGM, the company reiterated its commitment to ethical manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, aligning its corporate goals with broader public health priorities.
