Kathmandu, Nepal - National Bio Tech Limited has commenced its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) this afternoon at A One Café & Party Venue in Nayabazar, Kathmandu. The meeting began at 2:00 PM today, 5th Mangsir 2082, with shareholders, company officials, and invited stakeholders in attendance.
The session is currently reviewing the company’s annual report for fiscal year 2081/82, along with the auditor’s findings, profit and loss statement, financial reports, and cash-flow statements.
A key highlight of today’s agenda is the discussion on a proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public. If approved, the move will mark a major step toward the company's public market entry in Nepal’s capital landscape.
Alongside the IPO discussion, the AGM is also set to:
Appoint auditors for FY 2082/83 and finalize their remuneration
Authorize amendments to the Articles of Association and company regulations
Address additional policy and administrative matters under miscellaneous items
