The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), renowned for its focus on sustainable development and cutting-edge technological research, was hosting an exclusive student recruitment information session on 6 October 2024. The event was held at Aloft Hotel, Thamel, Kathmandu, from 12 PM to 3 PM. The session aimed to introduce students to AIT's master’s and Ph.D. programs, which are designed to foster academic excellence and provide numerous opportunities for scholarships, student assistantships, and internships.

An aspiring MBA Candidate Shraddha Joshi, a recent BBA graduate, was exploring opportunities to advance her education in business administration. AIT’s MBA program, with its emphasis on environmental management, sustainability, and global business strategies, seems to be a fitting choice for Shraddha, aligning with her ambition to enhance her managerial expertise and contribute to sustainable business practices. The program’s wide array of scholarships and exchange programs can offer her invaluable international exposure.

Monika Jirel, who has completed her B.Sc. in Environmental Science from Pokhara University, is keen on pursuing an M.Sc. in Environmental Science. AIT’s Environmental Science program, focusing on sustainability, climate change, and environmental management, presents a perfect opportunity for her to deepen her knowledge in this critical field. With AIT's dedicated environmental science faculty, research opportunities, and access to state-of-the-art resources, Monika is eager to shape her future as a specialist in environmental science.

Lots of students like Shraddha and Monika were encouraged to attend the AIT Kathmandu event, where they got the opportunity to interact with professors and deans, learn about program structures, and explore various career-enhancing opportunities. With the admission for the 2025 intake now open, this event was being pivotal in shaping their academic and professional paths.
