She emphasized that service holders have expressed high levels of satisfaction with this system, which streamlines processes and ensures prompt delivery of services.

Alongside this system, Lalitpur Metropolitan City also provides other digital solutions such as the LMC Alert Mobile Application. This app empowers citizens to report various issues, including emergency services like firefighting and ambulance requests, sewage problems, and more, directly to the Metropolitan Police. The app supports offline functionality and allows users to upload images, making it an effective tool for civic engagement.
Moreover, residents can now access online recommendation forms for essential services like property transfers, scholarship endorsements, and business operation approvals. By filling out basic details online, individuals can streamline these processes further, reducing bureaucratic hurdles.
