Kathmandu, 9th March, 2025: IME Life Insurance Company Limited successfully conducted its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at Diyo Mahal, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM with a focus on key corporate updates and shareholder decisions.

The AGM reviewed the company’s financial performance for the fiscal year 2080/81, showcasing significant achievements. Notably, the meeting approved a 21.05264% cash dividend for shareholders, reflecting the company's commitment to maximizing shareholder value.
