Mabilung Energy Holds Sixth AGM, Endorses Financial Agenda and Strengthens Corporate Governance

Kathmandu, July 10 - Mabilung Energy Ltd. has successfully concluded its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM), endorsing a series of key resolutions aimed at strengthening the company's financial management and corporate governance.
During the meeting, shareholders approved the company's financial highlights for the fiscal year 2081/82, reflecting the firm's financial performance and operational progress over the past year. The AGM also appointed an external auditor for the upcoming fiscal year to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting.
In addition, shareholders elected the new Board of Directors, nominated an Independent Director in line with good corporate governance practices, and approved amendments to the company's Memorandum of Association to support its evolving operational and institutional requirements.
The successful completion of the AGM marks another important milestone for Mabilung Energy Ltd. as it continues to reinforce its governance framework while advancing its long-term objectives in Nepal's hydropower sector.
