Kathmandu, Nepal – Spark Hydroelectric Company Limited has successfully concluded its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu, endorsing a series of important financial, governance, and strategic resolutions aimed at strengthening the company's future growth and operational objectives.
The AGM reviewed and approved the company's financial highlights for the fiscal year 2081/82, reflecting its performance and progress in Nepal's hydropower sector. Shareholders also endorsed the appointment of an auditor to conduct the company's financial audit and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and transparency requirements.
