Kathmandu, October 8, 2026: Bhujung Hydropower Limited has concluded its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu today, bringing together shareholders and company representatives to review the company’s activities and key decisions for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The AGM discussed and addressed several important agenda items, including the financial highlights of fiscal year 2082/83 and the appointment of the company’s auditor.
The meeting also considered the approval of decisions and work carried out by the Board of Directors, along with a proposal concerning investment in another company.
In addition, shareholders discussed amendments to the company’s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, aimed at aligning the company’s organizational and operational framework with its evolving requirements.
