Kathmandu - Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited successfully concluded its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu today, endorsing key financial and governance agendas for the fiscal year 2081/82 (2024/25).
During the meeting, the bank presented and reviewed its financial highlights for fiscal year 2081/82, providing shareholders with an overview of the institution’s operational performance, financial stability, and strategic progress. The AGM discussed the bank’s achievements, challenges, and future outlook in Nepal’s evolving banking and financial sector.
A major agenda of the meeting included the appointment of external auditors for the upcoming fiscal year, a routine yet crucial governance process aimed at ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with financial regulations.
Shareholders also approved and reviewed the consolidated financial statement of the assisting company, Jyoti Capital Limited, for fiscal year 2081/82.
