Kathmandu - Upper Solu Hydroelectric Company Limited has successfully concluded its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, where shareholders reviewed the company’s financial performance for the fiscal year 2081/82 and endorsed key statutory agendas, including the appointment of an auditor.
