Garima Capital Concludes 11th Annual General Meeting in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, October 8, 2026 - Garima Capital Limited has concluded its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Kathmandu today, with the meeting endorsing key financial, audit and corporate matters for the company.
The AGM endorsed the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year 2082/83 and approved the company’s balance sheet as of the end of Ashadh 2083, along with the profit and loss account, cash flow statement and auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting also approved the appointment of an external auditor for fiscal year 2083/84, in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063, and authorized the fixing of the auditor’s remuneration. M/S Joshi & Bhandari, Chartered Accountants, the incumbent auditor, remains eligible for reappointment.
In addition, the AGM discussed miscellaneous matters and other general administrative and corporate issues permissible under the company’s regulations.
The annual general meeting provided an opportunity for shareholders and the company’s management to review the financial performance and corporate activities of the past fiscal year and address matters related to the company’s governance and statutory compliance.
