Kathmandu, June 5: River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) successfully concluded its 9th and 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today in Kathmandu, bringing together shareholders, company officials, and stakeholders to review the company's performance and governance matters.
During the meeting, shareholders discussed and endorsed the company's financial highlights for the fiscal years 2080/81 and 2081/82. The AGM provided an opportunity to assess the company's operational and financial progress, as well as its contributions to Nepal’s hydropower sector.
