Kal Kal Group Concludes 8th AGM, Reaffirms Commitment to Pure Nepali Products and Economic Empowerment

Bhaktapur- Kal Kal Group Limited, a Nepali enterprise built around natural products and cooperative production, successfully concluded its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The meeting reviewed the company’s progress, reaffirmed its mission, and outlined its long-term vision of contributing to a healthier and more prosperous Nepal.
Founded as a collective movement of farmers, makers, and local entrepreneurs, Kal Kal Group has positioned itself as a bridge between Nepal’s agricultural producers and modern consumers. The company transforms pure Nepali ingredients into trusted household products, emphasizing transparency from sourcing to final delivery.
During the AGM, the company reiterated its mission to drive economic empowerment and national pride by producing natural goods through collective cooperation across Nepal. Representatives highlighted how local sourcing and inclusive partnerships with farmers and small producers remain central to Kal Kal Group’s operating model.
Kal Kal Group’s vision to become the most trusted name in Nepali kitchens was discussed in the context of growing consumer demand for purity, traceability, and ethically produced goods. Company officials emphasized that trust, transparency, and shared prosperity are not marketing slogans but guiding principles shaping daily decisions across production, hiring, and partnerships.
The AGM also reflected on the company’s core values, which guide every stage of its work from ethical sourcing and quality assurance to community engagement. These values, the company stated, are essential to ensuring that economic growth benefits not only the company but also the wider agricultural and rural economy.
In a country where agriculture continues to employ a large portion of the population, Kal Kal Group’s model demonstrates how value-addition to local resources can strengthen rural livelihoods while meeting urban and national market needs. Observers note that such enterprises play a growing role in aligning economic development with sustainability and food integrity.
As Nepal navigates challenges related to food security, farmer income, and consumer trust, Kal Kal Group’s progress reflects a broader shift toward responsible entrepreneurship rooted in local identity. The conclusion of its 8th AGM marks another milestone in the company’s effort to build long-term value-both in Nepali households and across the national economy
