The event aimed to provide a multidisciplinary platform to explore how shifting business dynamics influence decision-making in accounting, marketing, finance, human resource management, organizational behavior, and corporate governance.
Speaking at the event, the organizers highlighted that the conference serves as a critical space for discussing innovative strategies, technological disruptions, and new models of business sustainability. The focus remained on understanding how companies can adapt to changing competitive environments through research-driven insights and collaborative learning.
This year’s edition featured distinguished international speakers and experts from Bangladesh, Finland, France, India, Malaysia, Slovenia, and the United States, offering diverse perspectives on global market patterns, corporate adaptability, and the role of technology in shaping future business landscapes.
Beyond the academic sessions, participants also engaged in networking events, sightseeing, and an evening cultural program, providing international delegates with an opportunity to understand Nepal’s rich culture, traditions, and religious heritage.
