Tamor Dhungesanghu Power Transmission Company Limited (TDPTCL), a key player in Nepal’s growing energy sector, successfully concluded its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The company, established as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), is dedicated to the development, ownership, and operation of the crucial 32-kilometer Tamor-Dhungesanghu 220 kV transmission line.
The meeting, which was attended by key stakeholders, including investors, officials from the Ministry of Energy, and industry leaders, marked an important milestone for the company.
