Kathmandu, August 30 – Surya Roshni Ltd, one of India’s leading consumer durables and lighting companies, has announced a series of product launches aimed at expanding its presence in the electricals and home solutions market. The company unveiled its new range of Turbo Flex wires, Cubis digital water heater, and the Prakash Surya water storage tank, marking significant investment and innovation in its portfolio.
The Turbo Flex wire range has been launched with an investment of ₹25 crore, marking Surya Roshni’s entry into the wires and cables segment. The range comes in two variants: Turbo Flex–FR (Flame Retardant) and Turbo Flex Green–FRLSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke and Halogen). Both are RoHS-compliant, PVC insulated, and available in seven colors and multiple sizes. The wires provide 101% copper conductivity, protection against termites and rodents, and meet BIS IS 694:2010 certification standards.
In the appliances segment, the company introduced Cubis, its first-ever digital water heater. Equipped with a smart LED display, precise temperature control, and a polymer-coated tank for durability, Cubis incorporates advanced safety features, including thermal cut-out, a safety valve, and a shock-proof plastic body. Rated 5-star for energy efficiency, it is suitable for high-rise buildings with an 8-bar pressure rating and comes with a 7-year warranty.
Expanding into water storage solutions, Surya Roshni also launched the Prakash Surya Water Tank, designed from 100% food-grade polyethylene. The tank promises safe, hygienic, and long-lasting storage for household, commercial, and industrial use. With 100% UV protection, resistance to weather and rust, and a leak-proof design, it ensures durability. The tanks are BPA-free, hygienic, and backed by a 10-year warranty.
According to the company, these launches combine advanced technology and premium-grade materials to deliver greater safety, durability, and reliability for consumers.
