Ltd., Sankhamul, Kathmandu. The meeting, held from 11:00 AM onwards, brought together board members, shareholders, senior executives, and stakeholders to review and reflect on the company’s recent financial performance and strategic direction.
Chaired by the company’s top leadership, the AGM primarily focused on the financial highlights of fiscal years 2075/76 and 2076/77. Executives highlighted improvements in premium collection, policyholder retention, and claims settlement efficiency.
