Kathmandu - As thousands of students complete their Secondary Education Examination (SEE) each year, a growing number are exploring alternatives to traditional academic pathways. The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) is increasingly emerging as a practical and career-oriented option for youth seeking employment-focused education.
CTEVT, Nepal’s leading technical and vocational education body, has been expanding access to skill-based programs designed to align with labor market demands both domestically and internationally. Its courses span diverse sectors including engineering, nursing, agriculture, information and communication technology (ICT), and hospitality-fields that are directly linked to employment opportunities.

With increasing demand for skilled human resources in sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture modernization, and tourism, institutions like CTEVT are expected to play a crucial role in shaping a competent workforce.
