Nagarkot Resort Limited successfully conducted its Third Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, November 10, 2025 at the company’s office in Nagarkot, Mandandeupur Municipality–2, Kavre. The meeting was held in accordance with the decision made by the board meeting on Kartik 2, 2082.
During the AGM, discussions and approvals were made on key agendas including the annual report for fiscal year 2081/82, the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement. The meeting also endorsed the appointment of an auditor and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83. The company confirmed that there were no special proposals this year.
Only shareholders listed in the company’s official register participated in the meeting, and official notices had been sent to them in advance by the company secretariat.
